ESE+ supports estate access control, visitor management, intercom communication, lift permissions, vehicle authentication and facility bookings. Where ESE+ is implemented for an estate, certain data may also be accessible to the estate’s authorised management body strictly for operational and security purposes.
The Services may include integrations with third-party systems (such as payment processors or external service platforms). ESE does not control the privacy practices of such third parties.

- Unit number
- Mobile number
- Email address
- NRIC/FIN (where required by estate management policies)
We generally collect only information necessary for account verification and estate operations.
B. Biometric Data
- Facial recognition templates for authentication
- Facial images during enrolment (where enabled)
C. Vehicle Information
- Vehicle registration number (for NPR/LPR systems)
- Vehicle access logs
- Entry and exit timestamps
D. Access & Security Records
- Door access logs
- Lift access records
- Visitor registration details
- Intercom call logs
- Security audit logs
E. Facility Booking Information
- Booking dates and time slots
- Usage records
- Guest details (where applicable)
F. Technical & Device Information
- IP address
- Mobile device identifiers
- App activity logs

3. Purpose of Collection
Personal data is collected and used for purposes including:
- Resident identity verification
- Secure estate, building and lift access control
- Vehicle authentication and traffic monitoring
- Intercom and communication functions
- Facility reservation and administration
- Security monitoring and investigation
- System maintenance and service improvements
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
4. Consent
By registering and using ESE+, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Explicit consent may be required for biometric processing and vehicle plate recognition features. Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to access certain estate functions.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose personal data to:
- Estate Management / MCST
- Security service providers
- Authorised system integrators
- Cloud hosting providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services)
- IT support and maintenance vendors
- Law enforcement authorities when legally required
We do not sell personal data.
6. Data Storage and Transfers
Personal data may be hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we will ensure that reasonable safeguards are implemented to meet PDPA standards.
7. Protection of Personal Data
We implement reasonable security arrangements, which may include:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted storage of biometric templates
- Role-based access controls
- Audit logging and monitoring
- Secure authentication mechanisms
While we take appropriate measures to safeguard personal data, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
8. Retention of Personal Data
ESE retains personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the Services for the participating estate, to meet operational and security requirements, and to comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Where the Estate Management / MCST issues a formal notice, directive, or announcement to remove or deactivate resident records, ESE will take reasonable and proportionate steps to implement such removal within a practical operational timeframe. This may include secure deletion, anonymisation, or de-identification, depending on the nature of the data and technical constraints.
Notwithstanding the above, ESE may retain certain categories of data for a longer period where retention is required or permitted by law, necessary for security auditing, incident investigation, dispute resolution, establishment or defence of legal claims, or to comply with regulatory or enforcement requests.
9. Access, Correction and Withdrawal
Under the PDPA, you may request to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent (subject to operational constraints)
Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to reasonable administrative processing.
