This Privacy Policy explains how Electri-Securities Engineering Pte Ltd (“ESE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA). This policy applies to the ESE+ mobile application and related services deployed in participating estates.

ESE+ supports estate access control, visitor management, intercom communication, lift permissions, vehicle authentication and facility bookings. Where ESE+ is implemented for an estate, certain data may also be accessible to the estate’s authorised management body strictly for operational and security purposes.

The Services may include integrations with third-party systems (such as payment processors or external service platforms). ESE does not control the privacy practices of such third parties.

Where the Estate Management / MCST issues a formal notice, directive, or announcement to remove or deactivate resident records, ESE will take reasonable and proportionate steps to implement such removal within a practical operational timeframe. This may include secure deletion, anonymisation, or de-identification, depending on the nature of the data and technical constraints.

Notwithstanding the above, ESE may retain certain categories of data for a longer period where retention is required or permitted by law, necessary for security auditing, incident investigation, dispute resolution, establishment or defence of legal claims, or to comply with regulatory or enforcement requests.
